The Tutor Guru is a small business that provides personalized service to the neighborhood. The tutoring sessions are geared towards strengthening skills and increasing awareness. The individual approach is in alignment with state standards. Learning materials can be provided and are recommended. Adrianna, has worked as a teacher for over 9 years and has a finely tuned sense for meeting the unique needs of each student. Some of her current clients have been with her for over a year. She also works within the charter school system.

A publicized report from the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) in 2018, identified that Metacognition was one of the most effective ways to support Learner Progress , and set parameters to help schools consider how to develop it in their learners. One of the fundamental goals of The Tutor Guru is to train the student to think more metacognitively- to have a critical awareness of one's own thinking and learning helps the student get to know the self and build strengths.
Creative Coaching assists students in cultivating their humanistic and artistic talents through the creative processes such as writing, visualizing, goal setting, affirmations, metacognition, and mindfulness. The Tutor Guru uses her own creative skills and teaching experience to inspire growth and self-empowerment in the individual with a focus on strengthening Mindset Skills through various creative techniques. Adrianna has been creating and selling her art for over 25 years.
